I work in a new ENB for GTA IV...This ENB add more bloom and active color correction.

lol, the hardware requirement for GTAIV is already high enough, i can't imagine wt hardware is needed for enabling ENB in IV Neutral

anyway, good try, wish to see the final product.

In my PC this ENB run without affect FPS.
