i got 2 suggestions to what he says:

1. He thinks u should add pics of the next car u release, and the pics should show the pjs..

2. He wants pics with the pjs to the latest car u've released..

also, he replied in my pj topic about him not liking to see cars with pjs on the roads... :S WTF??!

Something I've been working on since, idk, august or something.
The model is from Woofi, the Texturing is all mine Smile

It's pretty much done, I just need to test a little more and send it over to Woofi for the final test.

It's also, after the Quad, the first vehicle I'm trying my new chrome on!
Left is the new chrome, on the right is the old one:

I made up a new reflectionmap, based on the one Sam1970 used and rendered a diffusemap for the complete chrome to add subtle shadows. I learned both, automatic mapping and baking the texture in max during summer Smile

Last but not least, a few more shots with some extras and damge.

Well, so here is my new project for the converting contest over at g-wm.
The '63 'Big Muscle' Hemi Vette :neo:

The original concept was made by Burner, but without interior, engine and underbody. So I combined it with some other models from Burner, spent hours adjusting, rebuilding, mapping, rendering, etc to finally get a complete car out of it Smile

Here it is, the materials are already set up for sa, the only thing left for a first ingame try are the dummies and the hierarchy setup.

some preview of the extras that'll come with it:

Mindfuck, dude, you kick ass, i saw your RS capri ages ago, and was inspired to make the mk3 zakspeed capri.
(the capri was my first ever mod, and this is a complete rebuild, 3 years later of my original version which was crap)

i am just about to upload it to gtagarage (after a few hours of handling setup)
i wont post a link as i am new to this forum and i am not sure if links are ok, but i am sure you can find it (just google "chong mcbong")

keep up the excellent work Smile

So, now I can finally present some ingame shots of the vette Smile
I changed a few things compared to the last pics, perhaps most notable the wheels which are now a bit more oldschool and fit much better imo Smile

I also plan to include a special enb version of the car with different shadow and chrome-settings:

The contest for which I'm converting the vette is soon over, and I'd love to see as many people as possible participating in the final vote Smile (f course you don't neccessarily have to vor for my vette Wink I just love to see many participants)
I'll post a link to g-wm as soon as the voting starts.

So, next little project Very Happy

Original Cobra by bonsaijodlfisch (a friend of Woofi Wink), reworked and cutomized by Woofi and converted by me Smile

It's almost done, except for a few minor things, damage and enb-shadow.

very very very cool mf! the only thing is cobras never came with a dual individual headrest like in pic #3, it was either one individual or onr shorter wide one for both occupants Wink still drop dead amazing remind me of the one i got to ride in and do a burnout in Smile this would be the coolest banshee replacement in and GTA game Smile maybe try a IV mod now? haha :p

Thanks Smile
Well, since it's a custom from Woofi, it's not supposed to be stock. Besides, it looks cool with those two headrests Wink

Well, Woofi and Solo are atm both building a showrod, like the JackD is and inspired me to build my own. While looking through showrods.com, I stumbled across this beauty
http://www.showrods.com/gallery_pages/pie_razC.html
And then I just couldn't resist Very Happy

The wheels are modified ones from the big muscle vette, engine and rear axle are from Woofi, everything else is scratch build the last 3 days Smile

yeah, repo is alive Very Happy
Thanks, I'm surely making this paintjobable Wink

Well, the guys over at g-wm talked me into rebuilding the engine and adding the twin blower setup from my reference model. So I put in a few days of modeling and completely remodeld the engine, transmission and rear axle:

Everything you see there, incl. wheels is at about 53000 polys Very Happy

Two more detailshots of the engine:

And the new engine with the old single setup:

That's the complete model:
I've added some more steps to the "C", changed the front light setup, added sidemirrors and those nice stock model T Lights at the sides.
I also changed the exhausts a bit, widened the ends so that the come a bit closer to the body. Looks quite nice like that imo Smile

The polycount for everything on those pics is about 71000 atm Smile

well, didn't have much time these last days, but I still got some texturing done.
The bodymap is made in zmod, everything else is automapped in max. Diffusemaps for everthing are also rendered in max Smile

Concerning the textures, it should be done now, materials aren't yet set though.
