I'm a huge Lego freak, I had a big bucket filled with Lego pieces when I was little.
did you provide a link or just the picture?
I'm gonna google it
The url for it is http://ldd.lego.com
there's a blue 2x2 brick on the right that says Download LDD on the right side of the screen and you can start it out there.
The best part of this program is that you can take your creations and turn it into an actual product that ships out to you, complete with its own box and everything.
My scene above is only $67.86 XD
just so you know, it uses the standard pick-a-brick pricing. So it'll always be more expensive than a normal lego set, even if you make the same set as available for retail purchase, it'll likely be around twice as expensive.
